Dr. Gordon Slater is an orthopaedic surgeon specialising in foot and ankle conditions and sports injuries. He was among the first surgeons in Australia to adopt minimally invasive surgical (MIS) techniques for foot and ankle procedures. Dr. Slater uses MIS to treat a range of conditions, including bunions. These techniques may support shorter operating times, reduced post-operative discomfort, and smaller scars compared with traditional approaches.

Procedures carry risks. Individual outcomes vary depending on each patient’s condition. Please discuss with Dr. Slater whether a particular treatment is appropriate for you.
