We regularly welcome interstate and international patients to our clinic. If you are travelling from outside the local area, we are happy to assist with your specific travel needs and help make your visit as smooth as possible. Our clinic is conveniently located just 15 km from both the domestic and international airport terminals.
Online Consultation
Dr. Slater regularly treats patients from interstate and overseas and offers a simple process to begin your orthopaedic journey remotely.
To get started, please contact our team to arrange an initial phone consultation. We will guide you on which scans or imaging (such as X-rays or MRIs) are needed before your consultation. These help Dr. Slater assess your condition and determine whether surgery is a suitable option for you.
If you are considered a potential candidate for surgery, we will then schedule an in-person consultation, which must take place at least one week before your surgery date. This allows Dr. Slater to carry out a full clinical assessment and finalise your personalised treatment plan.
For patients having their surgery at East Sydney Private Hospital or St Luke’s Hospital we recommend staying at The Boulevard Hotel.
